This service is our premium specialty cleaning service. It is guarenteed to make your computer run faster, last longer, and become more reliable. We start by cleaning the hardware of dust, dirt, and debris. We reseat all add-on cards and clean all cables. Next we clean the Operating System (e.g. Windows). We defrag the hard drive, clean the registry, delete junk files, scan for viruses and spyware, delete temporary files, and clean the startup entries. This is our most popular service.
This service will be recommended after your consultation to decide if it is nessecary or not. We begin with a free consultation in which we will interview you about the problem and what consequences led to it. We back up all non-corrupt data onto CDs or DVDs. We then inspect the hardware and software using our high-tech equipment to diagnose the problem. Once we isolate the problem, we develop a plan to repair the problem. We replace/repair any broken parts or fix any software problems. Once a solution has been applied, we test the system to ensure stability. All backups and old parts are returned to the customer unless refused.
This service will be recommended after your consultation. First, we begin with a free consultation to determine why you wish for your hardware/software to be upgraded and what your needs are. Next we give you hardware/software recommendations based on the consultation and buy the parts/software required. We make backups of all important files. We then install the hardware/software under strict conditions and clean the older hardware of dust and debris. We then load all nessecary drivers and test the system to ensure stability.
