OUR POLICIES

Here at The Tech Guy our number one goal is to keep our customers safe and happy. To do this, we've set up a list of policies which will be adhered to at all times by our employees.

#1.

All private customer information collected by our employees with the customers permission will be destroyed as soon as the job is done. Here at The Tech Guy, we only keep customer's names, phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses if the customer consents.

 

#2.

We will NEVER open, read, modify, or delete customer's files without written consent from the customer. All data will be backed-up if possible and the customer will recieve disks containing these backups.

 

#3.

We will never perform a service without your consent. Similarly, we will never make a major change to the system without customer consent. If the customer is uncomfortable, we will try to find an alternate solution.

 

#4.

We will NEVER send you flyers or special offers unless you request that they be sent to you.

 

#5.

No matter what job is performed, you will ALWAYS recieve a detailed report of the changes/upgrades made, a detailed invoice, a reciept upon payment, and a smile from me personally!
